MLAS Policies

Cancellation Policy

As of the 1st of December 2021, a deposit of $100 for any treatments over $100 will be taken for all treatments.

​

Cancellations that are less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of your deposit.

​

Any pre-paid treatments (packages) have the option to either place a $100 deposit prior the treatment or if they cancel within 24 hours’ notice they will forfeit their treatment

Payment Plan for Packages:

For our skin revision packages, you can pay half upfront and the other half on your next appointment. We also do ZIP PAY.
